So, yeah, it's been 16 months...

Alright, so it's been 16 months since I posted a journal, and I honestly have a few good reasons. Most of all, I have 2 kids now, my Son will be a year old in June, and my daughter as almost 4. I am still working and trying to get a new job in Administration, but it's not God's timing yet.
I pretty much wore out my camera, so there hasn't been much going on with photography, but I've been playing/singing with my band for about 18 months, and that has taken up a lot of my time/energy/creativity. I also have a much more suburban commute now, so there's a lot less nature to shoot on my drive these days, so I'm having a little trouble focusing.
I do love to see some of the deviations when I can, and I appreciate all of you dropping by, also. I hope everyone is doing well, and I hope to do some photography again someday soon.
Best wishes,
Bear

You have a brilliant gallery and a real eye for natural photography.
And your daughter is adorable!

It takes a lot of imagination to be a good photographer. You need less imagination to be a painter because you can invent things. But in photography everything is so ordinary; it takes a lot of looking before you learn to see the extraordinary.

If not us, who? If not now, when?
Just thought I'd say hi.
